3月20日下午，硚口区新联会与工商联联合组织30余名企业家代表，在区工商联副主席陈颖、新联会会长詹迟送的带领下，走进国家数字化设计与制造创新中心，开展"数智赋能·融合创新"主题考察活动。此次活动通过实地调研、座谈交流等形式，搭建政企对话平台，探讨企业创新发展，共谋民营经济转型升级新路径。

国家数字化设计与制造创新中心（以下简称创新中心）由华中科技大学与清华大学联合发起，并于2018年9月获工信部批准建设。创新中心面向国家战略和支柱行业，聚焦数字化设计、数字化分析、数字化制造等方面关键共性技术，建设数字化设计与制造创新能力平台，为数字制造和智能制造关键领域研发核心工业软件和核心工艺装备，提供人才和技术支撑，形成我国数字化智能化制造技术的核心竞争力。创新中心建设和运营主体——武汉数字化设计与制造创新中心有限公司，成立于2017年11月，周济院士、李培根院士、柳百成院士、丁汉院士、谭建荣院士等任公司首席科学家。创新中心针对航空发动机及燃气轮机、航空航天飞行器、航天火箭、汽车、轨道交通装备、高端数控机床、能源及海洋重大装备等国家战略和支柱产业数字化设计与制造创新发展重大需求，构建重点用户、龙头企业、科研院所、高等学校跨界协同的创新生态系统。

The National Innovation Center for Digital Design and Manufacturing (hereinafter referred to as the Innovation Center) was jointly initiated by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Tsinghua University, and approved for establishment by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in September 2018. Focusing on national strategies and pillar industries, the Innovation Center targets key common technologies in digital design, digital analysis, and digital manufacturing. It constructs an innovation capacity platform for digital design and manufacturing, develops core industrial software and key process equipment for critical fields of digital and smart manufacturing, provides talent and technological support, and fosters core competitiveness in China's digital and intelligent manufacturing technologies. The operational entity of the Innovation Center, Wuhan Digital Design and Manufacturing Innovation Center Co., Ltd., was established in November 2017. Leading scientists including Academicians Zhou Ji, Li Peigen, Liu Baicheng, Ding Han, and Tan Jianrong serve as the company's chief scientists. Addressing major demands for innovation and development in digital design and manufacturing across national strategic and pillar industries such as aero-engines and gas turbines, aerospace vehicles, space rockets, automobiles, rail transit equipment, high-end CNC machine tools, and energy/ocean engineering equipment, the Innovation Center builds an innovation ecosystem of cross-domain collaboration among key users, leading enterprises, research institutions, and universities.

在创新中心副总经理刘彬的引导下，企业家们深入数字孪生实验室与智能产线中试车间，近距离观摩五轴联动加工中心、激光焊接机器人等先进设备的实时运作。该中心依托周济、李培根等院士领衔的跨学科团队，已形成覆盖航空发动机、轨道交通等七大战略产业的创新生态。

参观结束后，詹迟送会长主持座谈会，带领与会人员重温习近平总书记关于始终坚持“两个毫不动摇”、“三个没有变”，始终把民营企业和民营企业家当作自己人的重要论述，结合全国两会精神展开学习。在场的民营企业家深有感触，他们认为国家的政策如同坚实的基石，为民营企业筑牢了发展根基，政策“定心丸”将进一步激发大家爱拼会赢的精气神。

He led the participants to review General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on always adhering to the "two unswerving principles" and the "three unchanging principles", and always regarding private enterprises and private entrepreneurs as our own people. The study was carried out in combination with the spirit of the National Two Sessions. The private entrepreneurs present were deeply touched. They believed that the country's policies are like a solid foundation, laying a firm groundwork for the development of private enterprises. 陈颖副主席在总结时强调，作为党和政府联系民营经济人士的桥梁纽带和政府管理服务民营经济的助手，区工商联要当好民营企业家的“娘家人”，紧紧围绕促进“两个健康”的工作履职尽责，并以商协会为载体，配合政府做好“双招双引”工作；区工商联将持续开展政企恳谈会，听取民营企业呼声，协调解决企业发展痛点。最后，陈颖副主席也希望民营企业家在转型发展期，保持发展定力、增强发展信心，加强内功修炼，协同创新发展，为硚口区经济高质量发展贡献才智和力量。
